Cooking Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil.
  2. Add onions.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add pepper mix.
  5. Add:
  6. Add little water or stock.
  7. Add chicken.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Sauce should be slightly tick not watery.
