Cooking Steps

  1. Prepare your containers (moi-moi leaves, nylon, or cups).
  2. Pour the misture into the containers.
  3. Arrange them in pot.
  4. Add water to the pot (not to enter the mixture).
  5. Cover and steam on medium heat.
  6. Cook for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
