Okra Soup

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Wash and slice okra into small pieces.
  2. Prepare your proteins:
  3. Season and cook meat untill tender. keep the stock.
  4. Blend pepper and onions.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat palm oil on a pot.
  2. Add blended pepper and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add cooked meat, Stockfish, and dry fish.
  4. Pour in meat stock and allow to boil.
  5. Add:
  6. Add the sliced okra.
  7. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
  8. Add ugu or spinach (optional).
  9. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  10. Soup is ready when it becomes slightly thick and drawy.
