Tomato Stew

Preparation

  1. Wash and blend:
  2. Boil the blended mixtures untill the water reduces and it becomes thick, Set aside.
  3. Wash and season your meat (beef/chicken/fish) with: Cook untill tender and keep the stock.
  4. Slice extra onions for frying.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot.
  2. Add sliced onions and fry until soft.
  3. Add the boiled tomato mix and fry well.

  7. Add a little meat stock to adjust consistency.
  8. Stir and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Stew is ready when oil floats on top and taste is rich.
